Because the hotel did not pay attention to our booking a room was not available for us when we arrived; consequently we were "upgraded" to an "executive" suite. The suite had a broken desk chair and I had to retrieve one from the front desk. Three small pillows on a king bed were provided for the two of us. Fortunately we take our own pillows along. The bed did not have a blanket or a bed spread, only a sheet (Executive???). The front door openers were broken making it difficult to get the baggage in and out. The ice machines were broken. No OJ in the morning because someone forgot to order it. The list goes on but you get the idea. Bottom line - very poor service.

The most was the shower was warm, the t.vs didn't work in the whole building. They said it takes weeks. Dirty rundown. Felt like a Super 8, Brooklyn center needs to shut down and start over change the name, you think your staying at a Marriott when you book there, then you almost just sleep in your Car, or get another 200$ out to stay at the holiday Inn

This location is fine for a basic roof over your head and a lock on the door. It is very minimal accommodations and front desk people that make me question their motives. Walls are thin and so you hear all the discussions, arguments, bottles rattling, smoke in the halls, and dogs in the building too. I like my pets but don't like having to step sideways for a big dog that is not a service animal. Handicap and wheelchair accessible are definitely left open to interpretation. Shower was roll-in accessible but missing the sprayer. Very slippery and dangerous so towels were needed in the floor & they didn't want to give me 2 more towels. It what was available, however, this place needs a good cleaning and some paint. Parking lot needs shoveling and ice removal. Bare minimum met at this location and not very accommodating so no need to go back.

the size of the room was fantastic!

the size of the room was fantastic! it was like a 2 bedroom apartment without the kitchen. the staff was unfriendly and rude, when asked for more towels for my room of 6 guests they told me no! I will never spend my money with them again at this location! was charged a deposit which they told me would be refunded upon checkout, never got it! so I was charged almost double for my room that I supposed to pay! AVOID THIS MOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE IF YOU WANNA ENJOY YOURSELF!

The room I booked..or I should say the gave me smelled like old mop water...and urine...I ask for another room..or my money back. They gave me another room that didn't smell..but wasn't much better...hallways were dirty..the tile not mopped in the hallway..had to say something to someone to at least mop the damn hallway...This was not worth the money I spent...wont be staying at another one.Not recommending this one either. 2and half stars

The room's air conditioner unit (room 407) made some loud noise, louder than usual hotel a/c units. Probably just our room but it was bearable so not a big deal. The bathroom entrance floor had either a pretty big stain (larger than both my hands) or it was dirty. The breakfast was not hot; mini donuts (two flavors), cereal, yogurt, fruit (banana or apple), juice in a mini sealed cup, milk carton, cold breakfast egg sandwiches, coffee. They need hor breakfast back. The water quality. Wifi seemed kind slow never used it.

The staff was great. We were in town for surgery on my dogs and finding a hotel that allowed pets for a reasonable price was not easy. The staff loved my kids and my dogs. My kids charm people everywhere we go, but my dogs are brats so the fact that there was no fear (one is a pitbull) or dislike of them warmed my heart. We were allowed a late check out since we were waiting to pick up the dogs.

Nothing. It's the worst hotel to stay at in the metro area to stay at. The staff hardly wants to help out, and when you ask for something they would get mad. They pick and choose who they want to pay a $50 deposit. Also, they even "lost" my deposit. Like how do you loose someone's deposit they put on the room... NEVER AGAIN

The customer service rep was very friendly. She helped ensure I had a solid experience from the moment I walked in, to the moment I got to my room. The hotel room itself was well stocked with the typical hotel amenities, nothing crazy, but still appreciated.

Loud music all night long, couldn't sleep. People sleeping in the lobby, making noise in the hallway, didn't stay for night 2, found another hotel for night 2 and was only offered a $30 refund as i paid 2 nights in advance which has not been processed yet.

We still have not gotten our deposit back. I have spoke with them and am unhappy with delays.our T V did not work, and the water for the shower never really got hot. The hotel is non smoking, but the lobby and elevator smelled so smoking. Not our room.
