There was an adequate supply of sundry items (coffee, sugar) and the instructions/information (access codes, Wi-Fi etc) provided for the convenience of guests and hosts were clear and easy to follow.

Right on a road but not much traffic overnight. Homemade dinner was excellent. Really liked the décor. Breakfast options were good.

Location was good. We had our great nephews wedding st Seminary hill, Callicoon and this location was very good as only 20 minutes away.

Quiet-rules state quiet hours start at 10:00pm and the State police and residence is next door. Also very clean, comfortable beds, and newly renovated, bathroom was very nice -we were in the motel part room 5. In the main building was a coffee bar. Staff very polite, friendly and professional. Also walking distance to good restaurants-the Spotted Cow for breakfast

It was very comfortable staying there. Breakfast was good and there is a nice walk across the street to the lake and creek.

Very easy. Host gave the key box code to access Very clean, well stocked house. Bathroom has soaps, shampoo, conditioner, face soap, cotton pads. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We were able to do a load of laundry. Really enjoyed the house. I can tell the host loves their place
