Very large backyard with fire pit/ playscape, ping pong table for plenty of entertainment.Custom loaded bathroom with body massage shower. Living room built in fireplace.Located very close to Texas State Campus and Sewell park, short drive to float san marcos river and The Square. Permit# STR-22-07
