Very clean, EZ freeway access. Not a lot of places to eat close by within walking distance but there were quite a few places a couple of exits down the freeway. This is LA.

Room was clean and comfortable.
Room was clean and comfortable. Had tea/coffee making facilities in the room, ice bucket, fridge and a microwave. Ice was available from the car park entrance.
Great location, there were restaurants close by and just a few yards from a dollar tree store. Staff were polite and very helpful. We unfortunately had a problem, but it was dealt with quickly. We would stay again. I recommend this hotel. It's clean and comfortable, just what is needed after a long day touring.

Great Chinese food around the area, but too many people and traffic is terrible. Lots of construction when we visited.
If you need to get to the airport, make sure you have 4 hours travelling time as the traffic near LAX is horrible.

The property was under renovations so the carpets in bad shape staff not attentive at all. More into their phones than helping customers. The deposit fees were withdrawn from my account even though stated it was to be on hold. Took over a week to get my deposit back after emailing serveral tines. When I contacted the property to ask, front desk stated I never even had a reservation.

Mostly Chinese like me who live here.
Mostly Chinese like me who live here. It's rare to see westerners or even Americans here. I guess we Chinese own this area? Lots of Chinese restaurants are here, all are within 15-20 min walking distance. My fav ones are Golden Sea(Jin Hai), Noodle City(Vietnamese Pho), & Beijing Pie house to the east, Guan dong da yuan, boiling point to the west. You can take bus #70 westbound all the way to Santa Monica Pier!

It’s a nice place overall. A little busy.
It’s a nice place overall. A little busy. Amazing dumpling houses and lots of delicious food nearby. It’s a clean town. People are busy but nice and professional. People keep to themselves in this predominantly Asian community.

we liked the location, accessible to the road. theres a shell gas station right next to it. theres a structure parking, we drove with Thule on top of our car so we didn't parked in the covered/structure parking--afraid we would hit/break the Thule. but there is an open area for parking. the staff who checked us in was really helpful, accomodating, have positive energy. we just hoped, our window curtains was closed so the sunset light/heat didn't warmed the room hot. cuz it took forever to cool the room. otherwise, our stay & the hotel was really good!
- the bus stop into the city center is only 20m from the hotel entrance; we took the bus because Uber was crazy expensive and it took us 45 minutes to get to downtown on a Sunday morning when all roads were clear, with traffic it takes 55 minutes
- very safe, mainly Chinese neighbourhood with many Chinese restaurants (good quality at a better price than the restaurants in the city center)
- interesting mix of Chinese (noodles) and American breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, toast)
Everything is still the same old, nothing too different. Only catch is that rooms are getting older because the hotel is already nearly 40 years old! Renovation project definitely needs to take place soon to make the hotel better. Table is very long & spacious in which fits all my materials. Breakfast was nice. Very close to a lot of classic restaurants in the city centre! I still love to stay here, it feels like a family house.
I liked the location of the hotel, there is a park for walking in 10 minutes walk, there are places to eat and shops. The interior of the hotel is very nice and clean. Friendly staff. The hotel has closed parking. Enough room, comfortable beds, coffee maker, hair dryer. There is a microwave and an ice machine on the floor. Breakfast is included in the price. The breakfast is good.
The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was limited but enough, you have to go early though. The staff was always helpful and accommodating to your request. The free parking was also a plus. Banning smoking was a great move also as the whole Los Angeles was smoking weed. We were happy that there wasn’t any smoking in the hotel building.
I loved this hotel. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is a security guard so I felt very safe. the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast made this a truly pleasurable experience. Overall this was great value at an affordable rate. 10 out of 10
We went to the house, the quality of the rooms were poor. We didn’t feel comfortable to stay there. Discussed with the owner and she agreed to cancel and refund the 2-night rent. We had to find a hotel nearby. Please make sure to send refund back to me
The hotel was very clean and modern looking. The decor was very nice looking. I love that they offer Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner as part of their amenities. I also appreciated the free parking.
Had a great stay, the hotel is simple but exactly what I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, the parking facilities were superb, and the friendly staff provided excellent value for money.
The continental breakfast was great. They had coffee pastries, and boiled eggs. The bed was comfortable. They had extra pillows. The staff was very nice. And the place felt very safe.
The Hotel is located in a very nice and clean nighbourhood. It is quite easy to catch a bus to Downtown LA. The stuff was very friendly and the rooms nice and clean.
Area of the hotel has less traffic than the other. Not too many guests. Has a nice neighborhood and has nearby laundry service in the hotel's location.
