Facility provides the necessary amenities and some extras, but sign was visible from the highway, but not very clear, about how to get to the Facility, even with GPS, which Staff mentioned was a small issue, and small signage for the driveway that led to the Facility, but obscured by Restaurant's visibility, for anyone not familiar with the area.

THE AREA WAS GOOD. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY! THE HOTEL NEVER PROVIDED MAID SERVICE, REMOVAL OF GARBAGE, VACUUMING, NEW TOWELS OR MAKING THE BED, RESTOCKING THE ROOM. CREAMER RAN OUT FOR BREAKFAST AND WAS NEVER REPLACED. LOTS OF TRAFFIC DURING USUAL COMMUTE TIMES. WENT TO THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY IN HERSHEY WHICH WAS EXCELLENT. NEED TO WARN PEOPLE IT IS ABOUT A MILE WALK TO THE RIDE PART OF THE TOUR FOR THE FACTORY.

Staff was rude, it smelled, kids that live there running around and yelling in the halls. Window didn’t lock. Bed skirt was not changed in weeks, see the picture. Pool is green and covered in a film. (Staff said it been closed for a week only). Had roaches and told staff and I don’t think he really cared. Water and dead bugs under the vending machines, along with trash.

We didn't stay for things in Harrisburg our main destination was Hershey Park. This was our second stay at this hotel even though it's further then staying right in Hershey the hotel is a better value when staying a little more from the park. I liked the location of the hotel close to a lot of dining and shopping.

We visited Hershey Park for two days and attended a concert at Hershey Park Arena. The park is huge, clean, with lots of attractions for all ages. Our kids were big fans of the water park and probably could have spent the entire two days in that section. Luke Bryan concert was phenomenal and if he returns, we will definitely see him again.
the staff was awesome! Aaron takes pride in the hotel he works from sun up past son down. I was upset the rooms I requested months prior were not connected . However Aaron did his best to fix it although he couldn’t he tried and kept me informed and returned my calls promptly. I think that place is lucky to have him ! The rooms were cleaner than I ever seen and I travel alot! I was very impressed, walls clean , edges , bathroom…wow I thought I was gonna stay in a run down hole in the wall.
This has been the worst hotel service we have encountered in our lifetime.
Please do not send any one to this place.
Extremely disrespectful, do not know any costumer services or hospitality. The moment we were checking in the elevator was broken. They told us they did not have any room available other than the 3rd floor. Despite making reservations 4 weeks earlier.
Racist remarks were made by the from desk and breakfast table. Please do not send anyone to this location.
This hotel is excellent because it is centrally located near food, shopping and entertainment. We have stayed here 3 times in 2 years. It is pet friendly and always clean. Very comfy beds, plenty of room and equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator. You can't go wrong with this hotel. The staff is also very nice. It is our half way point while traveling from Georgia to Maine.
The facility, room, staff and location were excellent. My room was a queen suite with two queen beds, a separate sitting area and a large bathroom with double sinks which was very comfortable. Great beds and sheets. The hotel is across the street from a Starbucks and a great little local restaurant called the Camp Hill Cafe which had wonderful breakfasts.
Great location near Hershey Park without the extra cost of the hotels actually in Hershey. The pools and hot tub were great. There is a small workout room, but it has good equipment, weights, mats, etc. This was a real plus to me since most hotel workout rooms are almost worthless. The hotel restaurant is exceptional with great food and friendly staff.
Drove down from NYC to visit Hershey Park and most hotels were all full.. Found this Best Western Premier on the internet and I must say I was rather impressed.. The staff was very friendly ,the hotel was clean and the room was a decent size for a family of 4..They even gave us complementary Hershey bars when we checked in..
BOOKING.COM NEVER SENT OUR RESERVATION TO THE HOTEL. Amanda, the manager contacted them to resolve the issue. She was professional, efficient and friendly. Lucky for us the hotel still had a few rooms available so we were able to stay at the hotel, on a super busy weekend.
I liked that the hotel had a great 'downtown hotel' vibe. Overall, the rooms were good and area very central to things to do in the city (Captiol bulding etc...) The staff were kind and very accommodating.
TV didn't work
The room was "clean" no it wasn't
Our booking wasn't verified with the hotel itself we were lucky to have a room even tho we booked 2 months in advance.
Vending machine snacks were stale.
We had an unpleasant stay at a previous hotel, and rebooked at Best Western Plus. We arrived to find a friendly staff, clean rooms, and overall exceptional experience. Highly recommend!
The hotel was very nice. The room was very nice and spacious. There was plenty of parking space. Most of the hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.
It felt dangerous. People loitering. Smelled of pot. Conditions of hotel and room were scary- rundown-dirty. I got back in my car and drove to a holiday in. Express.
The hotel was better than expected. The room was big, the beds confortable and the breakfast was good and had several choices. The coffee was unexpectedly good too.
