We both moved to Nashville for the entertainment biz- you've probably seen Shaun on the CMT Awards, "Nashville", the ACM Awards, American Idol or rocking on tour with some of Nashville's hottest country stars as a "utility player" (meaning, he plays EVERYTHING!). You might remember Isabeau from her appearance on "The Biggest Loser", back in the day, and now as a writer, entrepreneur, musician and speaker. INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY: - Private hot tub - Access to the seasonal outdoor pool - 2 parking spaces in front of the home - Our team is available 24/7 to support you however we can! INTERNET This home is meant to be a rural, country retreat away. While we do provide free internet, we also advise guests that internet may not offer optimum connectivity for those working from home or streaming/connecting from multiple devices. 

 SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 1st Floor: 1 queen bed with full bathroom and 1st Floor Game Room (open air): 2 full (bunks) 2nd Floor: 1 queen suite with a two-person jacuzzi and private bathroom 3rd Floor: Open air loft with 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 twin trundle IMPORTANT DETAILS -We do not allow local reservations. - Our hot tub is drained and filled between each stay and takes several hours to get to optimal heat, and therefore may mean it won't be hot immediately at the time of your checkin. We advise guests to give the hot tub till the morning AFTER their check in to reach full heat and/or contact us about remediating temperature. - Our fireplace is functional October 1 through March 31 ONLY and can not be utilized during the summer months. - This home is dog friendly with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Please reach out to us so we can prepare for your four-legged family! - Parties & Events are not permitted at this property and may result in the removal of your group from the premises. - Our properties are located in residential areas and we rely on our guests to be “good neighbors”, which means complying with locally-enforced quiet hours of 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Any complaints from neighbors or local contacts may result in the removal of your group from the premises without refund. - Minimum Rental Age: 21+ - We reserve the right to disallow or cancel bookings from local or last minute bookings if we believe them to be fraudulent or a potential risk to our properties.
