For $143/night I had a room with peeling wallpaper and erratic hot water. Breakfast was kinda embarrassing. I came off two nights at Holiday Inns that were less expensive and much cleaner... HJs could do better with a little more effort.:/

The hot water for tea ran out before breakfast service was over and wasn't refilled so I could only have one cup of tea. Would've liked another.

After mentioning that I had a gluten sensitivity, I was thrilled to have freshly baked GF treats in the morning.
The relaxing sound of water cascading when falling asleep.
I am adding to my earlier review.
First, I just booked another stay next month, that should be enough to say.
If you have a car, another pleasurable experience you can have is to go to the Atkins Farm Country Market: great produce, deli section hand makes sandwiches the way you want them, and there is an ice cream shop in season. Best selection of apples, great for munching and buy small bags of different varieties which make terrific gifts.
Come to New England this Fall and visit Atkins and dine at Alina’s!

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff waa wonderful.
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff waa wonderful. I wish I could stay the rest of the week. I love how the hotel is located near a local Aldi food mart. I was not a rewards member before but I'm now thinking about becoming one. Whenever I travel I will look for a Hilton Hotel. Thanks for the wonderful stay. 😊😊😊
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a woman who seemed genuinely glad to see me. I felt welcomed at breakfast and the staff even extended ideas of local things to see and do. The food was varied and did the trick. Check out was easy and I left feeling like I'd not only visit again but I'd recommend this hotel.
We had an event to attend at U Mass Amherst so the location was perfect. The size of the room was great. It is located right off the highway so it was easy to get to. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great!!
The hotel was located near a main highway for easy access on/off. The area was quiet and had a good supply of restaurants and gas stations nearby. Hot breakfast was a bonus as were the delicious cookies waiting to be eaten in the lobby!
The rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was OK. The location is great if you are going to the Hadley - Amherst area. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking right outside the hotel is great.
The hotel was clean, and met all my expectations for the price. It is difficult to judge all services because of covid. Some activities such as food and a nicer breakfast were still on hold. Other than that I was very satisfied.
The location was convenient for me. I was expecting a little bit more from the breakfast, but it was fine. Overall, I was happy with the hotel and would return.
