Please note that shuttle service is on call or can be scheduled in advance.
Hotel shuttle is in service daily from 6:00am-1:00pm and 4:00pm-8:00pm. Please contact the hotel for pickup from O'Hare International Airport. In addition, please schedule your return trip with the front desk at check-in.
Two shuttle buses run every 30 minutes.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of $75 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
