Loved loved loved the house. Very clean super comfortable. The community is really nice. Pools are easy to access. Super kid friendly environment.
Cute town. Close to Delaware River activities such as renting from Lander's River Trips. The Italian restaurant in town was very good. We did not think The Stourbridge Line Train Excursion was worth it at all though. Maybe if we had young children, but not for adults.

Restaurant choice was extremely limited on Monday.
Restaurant choice was extremely limited on Monday. The town itself is pleasant, inexpensive. We are at the 1812 bar at the hotel owned by the same group that owns our bnb. It was a very comfortable, attractive old bar with large windows and good street views.

Honesdale has always been a wonderful little town to live...
Honesdale has always been a wonderful little town to live and visit. I have spent alot of time here and lived for a while. They have not kept up with the grass growing in front of stores and town recently. I have stayed in the Wayne Inn a few times before and it was an okay place to stay. But this time it was awful. Pounding on my room door, late noice and partying, drugs being used without a care in front of you or not.

Great little town friendly and helpful people.
Great little town friendly and helpful people. Much to see and do. Micro breweries (Irving Cliff my favorite of the two. Much better brews to drink.), quaint breakfast places, antiques, Fireman Museum, Stoubridge Train line excursions, Irving Cliff, Stoubridge Museum. Many great places to eat.

We came for the 190th Anniversary of the Stourbridge Lion...
We came for the 190th Anniversary of the Stourbridge Lion run. inside the Wayne County Historical Society bldg. the history of the locomotive and of the area was well presented and even a video presentation which was awesome. When we rode on the rail excursion it was televised and my friend was on the local 6 p.m. tv. news!!
We were impressed by the cleanliness of the town and the beautiful floral plantings throughout.
I was welcomed and felt safe and comfortable. Clean and comfortable room. Like a homey atmosphere, a room in a house that is designed like a small town motel Inn. The price was a bit high for the location but the room made it worth the nights stay. Only other option is a more expensive old Hotel owned by the same company. Next time I would try the upper scale version of rural Pennsylvania
Amazing location in the center of town. Food at the hotel is AMAZING and reasonably priced. Adjacent to it is a very cool arcade and eatery, great if you have kids. Beautiful architecture as well.
The owner, Susan was a delight! She was very friendly. She had a better breakfast spread the most Hotels. Very clean and homey. Will book again with her. Thank you!!
The hotel manager Suzy was absolutely lovely and the breakfast was lovely. Drinks and snacks were available all the time and our room was large and quiet.
