For cruise-goers, the house is very close to the Port Everglades Cruise Port in Fort Lauderdale. The Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Fort Lauderdale Beach are each within a five-mile drive. Back at your stay, the interior is composed of cool marble flooring, high ceilings, and comfortable furnishings. The open living room's oversized sofa and large TV lend themselves to morning newscasts and evening movie viewings. Multinational movie streaming is available with a TV box in the sitting room. The adjacent chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. The bedrooms, equally inviting, are adorned with soft linens and plenty of natural lighting. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
