This getaway is a stunning and spacious oceanfront home offering amazing panoramic ocean views and a private heated pool. The home is conveniently located 1/2 mile from downtown Surf City restaurants and shopping. This home boasts over 5300 square feet of living space and over 1800 square feet of decking, enough for all family members and friends to stay comfortably. There are spaces big enough for everyone, and many 'getaway' spots for that quiet time alone. The home has been professionally decorated by a local designer. Enjoy beautiful sunrises in the morning and wonderful cool breezes at night - this house will surely allow you to enjoy every minute of your vacation. The first floor is a kids' retreat. A foosball table and shuffleboard table await the gaming enthusiast. A separate theater room awaits with a 57 inch HDTV with surround sound, DVD player, and game ports. The second floor is home to three spacious oceanfront suites and one bunk room. All four of these bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and TVs with Roku. Beautiful views abound from each of the primary suites and you can access a deck that spans the entire length of the home. This decking also houses the six-person hot tub. The third floor is home to a large open-concept living, dining room, and a kitchen that will delight any chef. Panoramic views of the ocean abound. The family room has a fireplace and 55 inch HDTV with a Roku streaming. The dining room has a huge table allowing the entire group to come together to share in a great meal at the end of the day. The kitchen boasts top of the line amenities, granite countertops, and seating for 10. The third floor also has a deck that spans the entire length of the home and it houses a beautiful eight-person dining table and additional counter height chairs to dine alfresco and enjoy the wonderful ocean views. The oceanfront backyard boasts a heated swimming pool and two outdoor showers.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. An optional fee of USD 200 per stay is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
