The fine print
Guest checking-in must provide a valid identification such as driver's license or passport and a valid credit card. The name on the credit card must match the name on the reservation and ID. if the name on the card does not match, a credit card authorization form must be completed and signed by the cardholder. Guest should agree that a photocopy of the credit card along with the cardholder's identification is required.

A damage deposit of $300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
