We were there for a big family wedding to a place where we have lived before years ago. The kids loved the Franklin Institute all day. Street parking was available during the days we were there and we parked in a lot overnight. We didn't walk places, our original plan, staying in Chinatown near the convention center, because of the rain. We happened on the Broad Street Run on Sunday am and had a great time cheering all the runners. Philadelphia is a wonderful place to visit any time, with the historic district, Fairmount Park, the Art Museum and many other museums in center city, and so many places to visit for everyone.robinson - 6.0Scored 6.0

Philly is ok, we were lucky to have good weather. Very nice to know that it is considered a Sanctuary city, many people from different ethnicities around, from different countries and religions. Strangely, we did not feel the brotherly love among the people who live there. In general, they were quite indifferent to visitors, almost unfriendly. Location is perfect with restaurants and bars around the corner and in the historical section of the city with all the attractions within walking distance. Public transportation is near and inexpensive.
