The same card has to be presented at check-in at the W Hollywood otherwise the property will refund the card used for booking and charge the new card, ensuring that it can be swiped for room and tax along with a dollar amount for an incidental hold. Failure to cancel booking prior to specified date, regardless of whether it is prepaid or flexible, will incur full charge for entire length of stay of reservation.
