Your Perfect Wrigleyville stay is a large, bright,  two bedroom, one bath unit located in the Wrigleyville, Boystown of Chicago.  The main bedroom = King bed + Living room (With sofa sleeper) + a newly (May 2020) modernized bathroom. You can make a studio apartment out of this beautiful unit. The Unit is perfect for a family of 4 or a spaciest living space for two or a group. Smaller living room = upon entering the unit can be used as a bedroom - featuring sleeper sofa. The second bedroom = has a bunk bed, featuring a twin + a queen bed. This unit Has a full sized washer and drier and Wifi is included. Our kitchenette features a microwave, under-counter fridge, coffee machine, a toaster, plates, water and wine glasses, sink and a high table/chairs for our guests to hang around while having a drink. Our guests can also enjoy our back porch/balcony (right off the kitchenette) before heading out to enjoy humid summer or a windy Chicago winter. NOTE - If your stay does NOT involve cooking, this unit is perfect for you! THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A FULL KITCHEN/stove/cooktop/dishwasher.

A genuine neighborhood ballpark surrounded by streets that amplify the Cubs fandom into frenzy on game day. As a nightlife destination, Wrigleyville also supports the Metro, one of Chicago's foremost rock venues, and other great ones like Schuba's, Martyrs', and The Vic. The storefront theater scene also thrives here.
