You can take a trip to Skydeck.
You can take a trip to Skydeck. All you can expect from this is spending money all around. You can stay on the glass balcony only from 30-60 seconds. Skydeck team will take a picture of you and they are asking 50 USD for it.

Definitely ask another visitor how the view is before paying. We came at opening to avoid the crowds. Paid $90 and got up there super fast only to find the view was absolutely zero. Completely fogged up with no view past the glass.

We loved the Skydeck experience!
We loved the Skydeck experience!!! Recommend Monday-Thursday visit, otherwise very crowded, long waits. Also, we went about an hour, hour and a half before dusk/sunset so we're able to see views at all times of light - dark.

I would avoid trying to go here, ridiculous long queues, far better things to do with our holiday time, rather than a three hour wait. Instead we went to 360 degree tower on John Hancock building, with The Tilt, no queues, all a nice experience.

There should some sittings arrangements because there is long question for going up. There should more elevators for taking people instead of just two. For glass box there should be a time limit of maximum 5min

It nice but also a tourist trap.
It nice but also a tourist trap. So don't buy the ticket any place either the Willis Tower because maybe when you go there you'll have to wait for two hours to go up or pay another 20 for the fast pass. Once you get to the 103 floor you'll have to wait in another line for the picture, so before visiting check the waiting time so you can save money.

The location was great and walking distance to major attractions was doable (i.e. Shedd Aquarium, Navy Pier, Riverwalk, Magnificent Mile, Willis Tower). The hotel, lobby, rooms and breakfast area were modern and very clean.
