It was easily accessible, right on n the Avon Valley Path so we didn’t have to go off trail to find it. Breakfast was very good too. They have a bookcase full of books if you have time to read.

Great place, conveniently located in the northern edge of the New Forest. Just driving to the B&B is already a treat with all the ponies/horses and cows roaming around. Very nice forest walks in the immediate area (10mins drive), but also further down deeper into the forest of course. Breakfast is ordered at the table (mini buffet just for coffee/tea and juice) and is quite nice although not everything on the menu is included in the room rate. But getting half of the full English breakfast is already more than enough - so no complaints here. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant 1 evening, I suspect mostly catering to B&B guests, at least that 1 evening. The room is adequate, the beds are comfortable with a choice of pillows. The bathroom seems to be fairly recently renovated, very nice. All spotlessly clean.

Where do I even begin with how wonderful The Pembroke Arms is? In the category of 18th century English coaching inns, this bed and breakfast stands in a league of its own. It is, in and of itself, a reason to go on holiday any time of year. In the winter, snuggle up in its oh-so-decadent newly refurbished rooms and sit in front of the roaring fireplace in the parlor before a candle-lit dinner in the dining room. In the summer, enjoy the lively indoor/outdoor spaces and beautifully maintained garden. The breakfast offerings are sumptuous and included with your room. There is so much more to say, the owners and staff really have thought of every detail. But the biggest gem is the people. Every person goes out of their way to ensure that you have a wonderful stay. This was our fourth stay and everyone feels like family now. The biggest downfall here is that like us, you may find that nothing else quite measures up to The Pembroke Arms.

Second stay at the Ship Inn whilst moving in to the Fordinbridge area. Both times have been very good with easy check in, friendly staff and excellent food (we have also eaten here on occasional evenings). Room was very comfortable (we asked for and got the one overlooking the outside seating area / car park).. would stay here again and also would recommend to friends and family.

A quiet country Inn situated within easy driving of Salisbury and the New Forest. The meals were good value and the the Nepalese menu a welcome change from the usual offerings.. An English breakfast cooked to order rounded off the experience. The family room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable

The Nepalese food was excellent. The most delicious korma curry Ive ever had. The breakfast also was very generous and tasty. The scrambled eggs were a wonderful flavour. The staff are very helpful and nice. Its situated in a lovely village setting. A comfy memory foam mattress. The hotel was clean throughout. It has a lovely garden with fairy lights, and a field next door which is perfect for exercising your dogs. The pub and inn is dog friendly.

It was a pleasant room with a shower in the ensuite. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good but we weren't given the full menu till the second day. The food at dinner was ok but the first night only the gurkha menu was available. Most of the skeleton staff were pleasant though one was very dour. There seemed to be no management on site.
