Staff was super pleasant, friendly and helpful on checkin. And recognized us and was equally pleasant and friendly as we checked out. Gave us quick landmarks to go see as we were (unfortunately) only staying for less than a day. Room was clean with plenty of amenities available. Pillows were the best. Separate comforters was a nice detail. The rain shower was awesome. It was quiet the entire visit. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone.

The property and views are stunning. Our room was so cute and the pictures do not do it justice! Large room with beautiful windows that open, lovely restaurant and the grounds are wonderful for taking walks. Just below the property (about a 12 minute walk down the hill) is a little restaurant that had delicious soup and yummy coffee and croissants. A field next to it was filled with sheep and horses and a friendly cat. Breakfast was out of this world…The whole trip was magical for my daughter and I!

I loved everything thing about this hotel, its the first reason why I fell in love with Salzburg, the hotel owner and her husband are lovely people always smiling and willing to help, I ran with an issue and it got solved with in short minutes, the location is AWESOME waking up to see the mountains around you is something amazing , now lets talk about food , I raise my hat to the amazing chef at the hotel his food is really tasty and we asked for something out of the menu and he delivered it perfectly never missed a breakfast at this hotel .The rooms are so comy and cozy all wooden and guess what they got wireless charging stands LOVED IT . Furthermore Thank to the girl who works at the evening shift she helped us alot as a guide thank you so much sadly I didn't catch her name One last thing this hotel is worth booking , don't mind how far its there is a bus stop close it and at night it becomes so quiet and peaceful

    Location right next to the Salzburg central station, safe and secured, wellness access - steam and sauna especially it was cold outside it was a bonus! Old town can be reached by bus in front of the property or by foot for 25-30 minutes. And mostly generous breakfast with a perfect view and very friendly and accommodating staffs. I will definitely come back!

    The hotel is located in close proximity to Salzburg Central station. Important shops for basic necessities are within 5 minutes walk. The city center is within 1.8 km. Easy access/check-in with all important information beforehand. Staff is nice and friendly at both the reception as well as the Breakfast room. Breakfast was good and had a variety of options for both vegetarians and others. The bed was comfortable and the room had a very good heating system.
