Our room was located where the windows faced the inner courtyard, so it was quite quiet. The breakfast was varied, changed each day and it was very fresh. Every aspect of breakfast was pleasant and enjoyable. Hotel staff was courteous and attentive, and there was always someone available to help. There are also many historic items to see throughout the hotel, which added a pleasant surprise to each day. It's not an inexpensive hotel but you do receive good value.

Just steps away from the Nestroyplatz Underground Station, Henriette Stadthotel Vienna is 2 stops from Saint Stephen’s Cathedral in the center of Vienna.

The staff went above and above to help each guest out at check-in in spending extra time to answer any questions and give suggestions. We enjoyed sitting on our deck, reminiscing about our trip. The room was comfortable and one of the only places in our 2-week trip that had air conditioning. The hotel made it so easy to find them and their parking area...they sent instructions with photos included a few days ahead of time (so helpful). We had to leave early so we weren't able to enjoy the breakfast buffet.

Loved this hotel! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location was so close to all major tourist attractions.

The size of the room was great, it can consume 2 adults with 3 kids easily. The location is pretty good, especially if you have kids, it's 8 min walk from the attraction park, the staff is very friendly and is helping with all you need. The breakfast is super great !!

Vienna's oldest hotel is located directly in the city center, only 164 feet away from Saint Stephen's Cathedral and in the immediate vicinity of many other sights.
