Hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are dark and romantic and it's right on Salamanca for easy access to the city (and the markets on a saturday morning of course). Check in was an easy process, staff very friendly and helpful

The location was perfect, everything we needed was very close. Parking was added and great. The breakfast was superb, with great options and the staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and great at communication - all extra effort items with no direct benefit (but so invaluable)

Just loved it all. The space, The cleanliness. The peace. Being waited on. What wasn't there to like about a time out, with a best bud, in a beautiful hotel getting pampered at the nearby Spa.

Staff were lovely, facilities and rooms were also great. Bed was super comfy and the view was beautiful. Hotel was in a perfect location, close to everything. Foyer cafe was lovely with nice drinks and pastries.
