My room was fantastic, offering a breathtaking full view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The food was excellent, and the staff was amazing, providing top-notch service. The hotel’s modern design and luxurious atmosphere made my stay even more special. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine - a wonderful touch! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney.

MalaysiaOur stay was well beyond my expectations. Initially I was a little worried, as it was a little outside of my price range. I liked the idea that it was nonprofit and sustainable and I thought the proximity of the animals would be fun for my daughter. The staff was amazing...extremely helpful and kind and always went the extra mile to help us to feel welcome. This never happens, but the view was even better than what's listed on the site. We had a room facing the opera house and it was stunning...we also had an adorable koala outside our room constantly. Just like in the picture. Really. There were several extras that I hadn't anticipated...a morning and evening zoo walk and a tour of a little area made available only to guests. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and you could tell the zoo was working more as an animal sanctuary. I would 1000% recommend this to anyone. It's also extremely accessible, so my daughter and I were able to use it as a home base for exploring other parts of the city. We often came back with tons of sand between our toes and still had time to enjoy the view and the animals.

What a fantastic, iconic structure. Did a tour which was very informative and took us all over the building. Despite all the controversy in its build, we are so fortunate to have such a wonderful piece of architecture in our country. It certainly makes the harbour! I am not a building tour person and I LOVED the tour of the Sydney Opera House (They offer plays, concerts, etc. and told us they named it the Sydney Opera House because Sydney Community Center did not sound as good! So they have a sense of humor!) They showed us how the lights and sound system acooustics complement each other. The designers were SMART and CLEVER to deliver beauty and function together.
