Location, cleanliness and hospitality is great.

One of the cleanest rooms I have ever saw, same goes for a whole hotel. Staff is excelent, awesome and friendly. Food is amazing, prices are very affordable. Overall I would rate it 20/10.

The hotel is beautiful, with the best location in the center of Jahorina, in Poljice.

I highly recommend Hotel San. The staff is friendly and willing to assist with your requests. The hotel has nice rooms, delicious food, and a heated ski storage area. The location is excellent. It is just 100 meters from the ski lift. It is a 3 star hotel and has everything that is supposed to have.

My stay at the hotel in Pale was simply perfect! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and impeccable service. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, offering stunning views of the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and roads for further destinations. I can't wait to stay here again on my next visit to Pale!

The room where we stayed was very nice and clean. Staff was very nice and polite. Breakfast was amazing and a coffee that they serve in the restaurant was excellent. What I would suggest is to provide a small bottle of the milk in to the fridge in the room, since there are a coffee and tea in the room, and it would be great if we can have a milk. The hotel is not so impressive outside, but inside it looks very nice, and location is great.

Amazing hotel, in nature. Gorgeous setting, but close to the skiing resort of Jahorina which was an amazing experience and close to the old town and city centre.
