The staff was very helpful and professional. The check-in process is comfortable and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa facilities were relaxing and fun.

The hotel is very clean and fresh. Lovely attention to details like fresh flowers and chocolate and cava welcome gifts. The owners are also very nice, friendly, and helpful. Location is directly in the center but on a quieter side street.

In a prime location in Antwerp, Flora provides air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace.

The hotel is hidden away from the noise and provides a peaceful haven, beautifully decorated and with the most caring and serviceable staff. Peter was such a delight from beginning to end to help me prepare a birthday surprise. His recommendations were very thoughtful and his execution of everything was a masterclass. We really appreciated that he was always so happy and welcomed us with a big smile. The Ruby room was spectacular, so cosy, and the breakfast was undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. I wish I could give more than 10 stars.
