Amazing location near the forest. Very nice spa with everything: outdoor + indoor pool, salt room, sounas, and steam baths. Super comfy relax zone. The staff was friendly and helpfull. Food was delicious also.

Everything was perfect!!! The hotel has the best SPA in the region. The animation for the kids was great, the two ladies really know how to entertain children. There was a good choise of food, both breakfast and dinner. For sure we're returning back in near future!

Modern clean Swiss like chalet property in the middle of the Bulgarian mountains and forest, a dream destination. Highly recommended. The half board package was exceptional in the time we were there there was no meal repeats and every night was different. Excellent and kind staff, beautiful mineral water baths and swimming pools saunas and other spa facilities are clean and outstanding. Honestly you feel like you are in the Swiss alps.

The hotel is located 2 km away from the city center. To reach the center you can go by foot or a taxi. The water is the pool was perfect,the breakfast, lunch and dinner were great-delicious, good value for money. To save the disappointment of the city that is sinking in ruins you can stay in the hotel where everything is provided-pool,food,sauna,massage. Very friendly owners.If we go back in Velingrad definitely we will book again here.
