Hotels near Serdika Center, Sofia

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Kind staff.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the breakfast was both delicious and varied. The staff were kind, attentive, and always willing to help — thank you for making me feel so welcome and comfortable. The only downside was the limited time allocated for children to use the swimming pool. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to enjoy the pool with my son, which was a bit disappointing. That said, everything else was excellent, and I would gladly return in the future.

It is a new hotel with great location, decent breakfast, and very friendly staff. Rooms was cosy, bathrooms was big and nice, beds were comfy. Not great pillows but did not matter much. Did not use hotel facilities except for breakfast, not sure much about them. Very close to public transport. İt is a plus

We spent 8 nights at the Europe Hotel in Sofia over the New Year period (Dec 24 - Jan 1), and it was a truly enjoyable experience overall. The rooms are spacious, clean, and many have balconies with stunning panoramic views of the city and Vitosha Mountain. The location is convenient – quiet yet easy to reach the city center by bus or taxi, with free private parking which was a big plus. What truly elevated our stay was the breakfast! The buffet offers a great variety – fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and good coffee. But above all, I want to give a huge shout-out to the breakfast manager, a lady with extraordinary human qualities. She is incredibly warm, attentive, always smiling, and goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome. She ensures everything runs smoothly, replenishes the buffet with care, and creates such a positive, welcoming atmosphere that it really sets the perfect tone for the day. It's rare to encounter someone so genuinely kind and dedicated in hospitality – she truly deserves recognition! The staff in general were friendly and helpful. No major issues – everything matched expectations for a solid 4-star hotel at this price point. We highly recommend the Europe Hotel and would happily return. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The property was very clean, breakfast was excellent, it was in a great location.

I can always park my car in close proximity. It is very near major bus stop which is important for us

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the city center. The building is older, with a somewhat traditional/communist-era style, but it is clean and has a certain cozy charm. The room was comfortable, clean, and easy to keep warm. The breakfast is fairly basic, but still good. A nice touch is that espresso is included in the morning. Rooms on the lower floors are preferable. The reception is open 24/7, which is very convenient. There is also a complimentary iron available in the hallway for guests to use. Overall, we had no issues during our stay.

Fantastic view! Good clean room. Nice bathroom. Fantastic breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helpful, following up before and after the stay. Great service! The location was amazing, because it was really closed to the tram and bus stops from the city center.

Everything was really nice, and the staff were really helpful and attentive.

I loved staying at the embassy suites, everything was of very good quality: the bed, the pillows, all the sheets. The room was very clean, shower was excellent, high pressure water and perfect temperature.

There is free parking and nice breakfast for reasonable price

Good value and great service!

No usable electricity sockets in the room, very inconvenient. Actually we found the socket hidden behind the bed. Overall needs more attention on details.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Thank you ❤️

The employees of the hotel were friendly. The hotel itself was good and clean. The food at the restaurant was very tasty.

Hotel s situated in a very central part of Sofia. The staff is friendly and kind. The breakfast is very good, with a big choice. Rooms are comfortable, equipped with needed facilities. There is an elevator.

The property is in a very convenient location, opposite the Aleksander Nevsky Cathedral, within ten minutes of most sites, close to the metro (a very quick airport link) and near to the pick up point for day trips out of Sofia. It is very modern, stylish and beautifully designed. Our room was really striking, with a whole wall of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the cathedral. It also had a luxurious bathroom with great products. The roof terrace was a fun place to watch the sun go down while enjoying a range of cocktails. The spa was lovely - peaceful and again, beautifully designed (the pools are all brushed steel). We didn’t choose the breakfast option so can’t comment on that. The staff were very friendly and welcoming too. Overall a very comfortable, sophisticated hotel and amazing value for money.

The apartment was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. Both the bathroom and the studio-apartment were well lit and cozy.

Everything was great. From the staff to the whole accommodation. Great place.

Great room, tasty breakfast and very good location!

What I loved about the hotel was the location and the stuff. The breakfast and the room were excellent!
