Patio on the third floor. Breakfast was good the staff was friendly. The staff at desk were not friendly. We asked for late checkout and gave us till 1 pm We came back atc1207 and can't even go to the elevator. Its automatically shut down at 12 pm. Upon checking out found out we should asked for it on check in. Nobody told us but still said at computer 1 pm checkout. Other than that everything is kinda expected.

The staff were amazing- this ended our 3 week vacay. We were tired and the staff kindly moved our room to a quieter area. The free breakfast was great. Loved the k cups in room. We were able to cast onto the tv. The room was clean and comfy. We ended our trip last year at a Best Western after luxury stops and it was the perfect way to organize and focus on packing, with pool breakfast and gym. We were able to secure late checkout which helped as well. Highly recommend. Only draw back was there really was no where to walk to. That was ok for us- we had a car and we were busy organ anyway.

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to most attractions. My suite was very spacious and clean. The Japanese-style toilet with a bidet was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful.
