The location is central, walking distance from all the attractions. The rooms are very chic and very clean. Despite the problem with booking.com reservation, the hotel fix our problem and accomodate us. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel that you go to a friend, not to a hotel. It was our second stay in the Sheraton at Albert Street in Ottawa. Last year we were there with our daughter and granddaughter this year with our son and his spouse. We like that the hotel is close to the city center, Byward Market and in walking distance to all the attractions in Ottawa.
