Bright, original and friendly!

The location was excellent, very close to attractions and right in the old city. The restaurant attached to the lobby is excellent!

Simply divine (pun is not necessarily intended but fits). The facilities are impressive. It is literally staying within a museum. The silence, respect and focus on wellness are a rare offering.these days. I am definitely going back.

The staff was very polite & helpful every step of the way. The location was perfect for the shops, restaurants & the Christmas market. It was the best vacation weekend we've had in a very long time.

Accessibility, affordability and everything. Love that breakfast is all day, and the location was superb. I also like that the space of the hotel was maximized, bed can be moved so that you’ll have a mini living room at times you don’t feel sleeping yet. Also amazed that there was an actual own wash room inside.

Modern, very good location, just less than 5 minutes to the train station and less than 10 minutes to on top of the Quebéc old town and the receptionist was very nice.

Excellent staff. Very accommodating to those of us using the hotel pre- and post- cruise. Very close to cruise port. On-site restaurant was superb.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location. Easy walking distance to everywhere. Very friendly staff. Also the beds and pillows are so comfortable!! Plan to buy the pillows when I get home!

Location: Excellent location within walking distance of the train station, Old Québec, the Old Port, Château Frontenac, Dufferin Terrace, and the famous Petit Champlain neighborhood. Staff and management: Outstanding service, especially from Justin at the front desk. He warmly welcomed me and my friends and went above and beyond by recommending places to visit and eat. He also helped us plan a smart one-day itinerary, allowing us to explore Québec efficiently while conserving our energy. Breakfast: Simple, classic, and charming—delivered by hanging it on the door. Amenities and toiletries: High-quality L’Occitane products provided.
