Staff, room, cleaning, everything was nice.

we were there Christmas Eve so a lot of stuff was shut down, but the staff was so friendly and fun. they gave us recommendations on where to get some food and we went off on our journey. We were there for two nights and we’re very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff again was super kind and was able to do a special request due to dietary needs.

It is close to everything like the Bow, Stephen Avenue, Calgary tower, etc.

The rooms are spacious, the pools are lovely and the lounge is wonderful! All the staff took extra effort to make our stay special even leaving some bubbles in the room on arrival:)

Everything. It was a huge two bedroom apartment and it was enormous. Everything was clean and functional, worked properly. Huge and comfortable beds. Very nice and cozy interior

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. When my husband asked the woman at reception for a corkscrew, she said to bring the bottle and she would open it herself. She also offered us wine glasses—otherwise we were going to drink wine from paper cups! When we asked how to make tea and get water for the coffee maker, she sent a staff member to our room with a kettle and glasses. The hotel location is wonderful, everything is within walking distance. Very polite staff. We loved it. Next time we visit Calgary, we'll stay at the Ramada Hotel again!

Lg room, very clean, and good breakfast. It was 1 block from the free downtown tram. Easy access to the city.

LOVED this location - right in the middle of the city with really close walking distance food options that were a great way to start the trip! The room was also really great - comfortable bed and really really clean. The staff was also really friendly and easy to get a hold of.

Our room overlooked downtown and the tower. Gorgeous city at night. Walking distance to 17th street and Major Tom. The shower was amazing, the water was hot and the pressure was to die for. Beds are comfortable, and the the balcony was a major bonus. Friendly staff. Near 7-11 and food courts.

Perfect location with a lot of cafes and restaurants around, Memorial Park, walkable distance within the Downtown. Clean and spacious rooms, nice breakfast.

The design of the hotel is really cool, it is well located, our room was beautiful and the bathroom is a highlight. super clean, and nice staff.

The hotel is great, they do a good breakfast but they rack up some bogus charges per night, like destination marketing fee., tourism levy. The wifi with password is still not secure enough so, if you need a secure line, be aware.
