Was absolutely perfect to wake up & open our curtains to the view of the falls. The beds were exceptionally comfortable & for myself & my 3 children, the two bedroom suite was fabulous 😊

It was a great location, clean, the staff was friendly, and it was a nice hotel, especially for the price. I'm not sure why they've gotten so many negative reviews. Maybe not negative, but lower ratings. When I read through before I came I noticed that it was all good about the staff, but just complaints about old carpet. But they are in the process of updating, and it's not bad to begin with. Again, especially for the rate. It's very affordable. They have a IHOP right in the building, and so if you get hungry at night you can go eat there. I think they open at 7:00 a.m. and they're open until pretty late. They have live music playing.

My dream came true ) 😄 i styled in the hotel like in the American movies. It was an excellent experience 😁. Everything was great. Room was clean, 🛏️ 🛏️ were comfortable and location was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Thé location is perfect, very close of Niagara falls and Downtown city, , just walking 10 minutes. It was a very nice expérience 👍🏻🫶🏻

The staff was great. The breakfast spread was very good. The rooms were clean, ample towels and good location.

Parking fee was a bit higher. It needs to be not more than $10 CAD.

Everyone was VERY nice. The allowed us early check-in, the room was extremely clean. They gave us coupons for many restaurants in the area upon check-in. There was an arcade there which was great for the kids. It was super close to everything we did.

Great location. Just a short walk from from restaurants and shops and the main entertainment district
