Current hotel and air bnb pricing in Vancouver is ridiculous. 400-600 per night for less than four star accommodation is the norm. This private room with ensuite bathroom provides a comfortable bed, and a good location near Richmond center and train (public transport) connection. I travel a lot and use booking.com often.
