Hotels near Oberjoch, Grindelwald

Everything… especially late afternoon and early morning when we had the whole alps and surrounds to ourselves

It was good that breakfast was included and then the transport from and to hotel was easy because of the travel pass. Staff made the stay very comfortable. They are lovely people.

The photos don’t do this place justice! The views are truly amazing. It’s up the steep hill and away from the main street so we didn’t feel the rush or crowds of tourists at all. We stayed here in September for 4 nights in one of the apartments on the top floor. It was spacious and had its own kitchen, balcony that looked straight at the mountains (a room with a perfect view!), and a washing machine and dryer. We ate dinner at the hotel as the walk up from the main street is a steep 20 minute walk, and we didn’t want to do it in the evening with a young child (buses stop around 5:30-6pm). Breakfast was plentiful too. Our daughter LOVED running around and playing in the field in front of the hotel. We walked down to the main street to catch the train or took the bus to where we wanted to visit. It was all easy and thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Plenty car parks, spa and restaurant

Everything enjoyable! Very nice!

Great location and very friendly staff! Great view from the hotel.

Location and staff was real good

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The little details they have for you are just amazing. The parking is also under the hotel. The hotelroom is clean and pretty. This was the first time our dog was traveling with us and before we came here we stayed at a few other hotels (also 4 star hotels) this hotel was the only one that had already prepared a dogbed + bowls for food and drink!

Hard to untangle our overall enjoyment of the trip and our specific enjoyment of the stay. It was a lovely spot and we had a ball. Food was good and the view was spectacular.

The hotel was incredible in every aspect. Great service, incredible breathtaking view and excellent food. Lisa, the owner, was extremely welcoming and makes you feel right at home. I strongly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel location and personal 🙌🏾👍🏾

can enjoy a beautiful lake view from the balcony. Although there are no restaurants or convenience stores near the hotel, there is a bus stop right across the street, making it very convenient to travel to the city center. Free luggage storage is also available after check-out.

The location is perfect and the room was super clean and comfortable

Kindness staff who has helpful mind for visitors and enthusiasm for make up more good hotel. I was helping by him throughout my stay period. Single room was enough space and facilities for alone trip. keeping clean the shared toilet and shower room. And location is good! This hotel is located in the main street of Meiringen.

Very helpful & friendly staffs. They sort out issues immediately. Highly recommend

Perfect location with amazing view! Katie, the receptionist, was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to getting some useful information on getting around and what to see. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone!

Off the beaten path out of the touristy area. Breathtaking views!

Beautifully decorated with a Japanese theme. Very clean, great breakfast, excellent facilities and staff were exceptionally friendly

The view of the mountains was amazing. I step out onto the balcony and I am greeted by an astounding and awesome mountain view. Loved the room. Had dinner both nights at the restaurant. They have a Swiss side and a French side. We sat at the French side and ordered from the half board. Food was excellent. Service staff was friendly and very helpful. They had hotel shuttle from the Grindelwald train station when we arrived and back there upon departure. Just had to tell them in advance when we were arriving. All in all, we were very happy with the hotel
