very nice unique hotel. we stayed in the Clark Terry Suite and enjoyed it very much.

Nice location, close to everything.

Viktor was super helpufull and polite!

We had a wonderful time at this property with our family of four. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the sleeping arrangements were comfortable for all of us. The location couldn't have been better - being right next to a bus stop made getting around so convenient. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with easy transportation access.

Very friendly staff. Front desk team were excellent and really helpful. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Tram to go to the city center is just around the corner. From the room you can see fantastic view of the city, including the magnificent city hall.

Staying in this gorgeous hotel from 1600s(?) is like stepping back in time. Not only was the accommodation perfect, the property has an absolutely incredible restaurant and killer breakfast. It’s a super small hotel so it was so private and lovely and a perfect place to land while visiting family.

Really nice hotel, close to the cinema and shopping mall, also train and tram stations. Super cool swimming pool and sauna area which was included in the price. Public transport to the city center was also included in the price.

The cleanliness and the restaurant was really good!

Close to transit, market and restaurants. Comfortable and sufficient for two people. Paid laundry machines in the building.

Excellent location and easy access via Bus. We also got a guest card which we used to travel around and see all Bern attractions. Front desk was really helpful to keep our luggage after checkout and even before check in which helped us to check more attractions. Recommend this hotel.

Hotel was near the rose garden. There was market right next to the hotel. The design of the hotel interior and exterior was very nice. Room was spacious.

Super quiet location Great facilities in the studio for cooking Helpful front desk on WhatsApp

Convent access to train station., Clean, quiet accommodations and easy check-in / check-out.

Evelyn was so friendly and gave us recommendations on where to go.

Very clean, great location and fantastic staff

Very good location Good service Staff amazing Everything was awesome

The staff are all kind, generous and interested in making sure our stay was the best possible.

Location was great! Walking distance to everything

The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the tram and very close to the main walking areas. What really made our stay special was the reception team, especially Hannes Schupbach and Pia, who were extremely helpful and assisted us with all our questions and requests. If I visit Bern again, I would definitely stay at the same hotel because of these two wonderful people.
