The location is perfect for exploring Beijing, with easy access to all the major sights. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, it’s an ideal base to discover the city. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the warmth and kindness of the staff. Their hospitality is second to none, and I have rarely experienced such genuine care. A special thank you to Ella and Richard, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. This hotel is simply exceptional—a perfect example of how a hotel should be run. I can only give my highest recommendation and would return in a heartbeat!

This was a huge good surprise in Beijing. The staff was kindest, the rooms are big and comfortable. Definitely recommend it! Already looking forward to coming back!

The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for me. Any request was completed and they were always ready to help or find someone who could. Very good location near to metro and landmarks. Hotel pool and spa facilities were amazing too.
