Hotels near Futian Railway Station, Shenzhen

We’re a party of 3-person. We like everything abt this hotel. The location, the cleanliness, the room size ( it’s still very spacious even we added an extra bed!), the polite staff, the complimentary fruit & snacks at the hotel lobby & the drinks in the room & distilled water at the lift lobby. We were on the 30th floor which the view was excellent. Highly recommended. We’ll surely come back again.

My room got upgraded after I signed up as a member. Room is spacious on high floor. There is a sitting area which is relaxing. Location is good, accessible from Futian high speed train station and by subway line # 4 by Convention and Exhibition Centre. Lots of malls nearby with a lot of nice restaurants. There is a convenient store nearby too. All within walking distance.

The Four Seasons Hotel in Shenzhen is my top choice every time I visit the Shenzhen Convention Center. Its location is incredibly convenient, and I can easily walk there. All the rooms are very spacious, especially this time, when the hotel staff upgraded me to a room with a complete study. For someone traveling alone like me, I felt it might be a bit too luxurious, haha! But I really loved it! Especially the next day when I returned to my room after finishing work and saw a beautiful potted orchid on the desk. I felt like my heart was melting! I really love you guys, and I’ll definitely come back next time!

We Exceptional checking experience, warm welcome by Jack and he accompanied us throughout our stay. Jack got back yo my email and followed my requirements to the last detail. The whole club team was awesome and everyone wore a kind smile. Our room was nicely decorated for my wife's birthday. During his busy schedule the GM Mr. Jain, made time to check up on us each day and went way out of his way to borrow my wife his wife's scarf on a cold day! We also sampled some of the finest creations at the Palleto made by El maestro chef Lorenzo! Also introducing the dish was Mr Ramos who provide ample knowledge about what the chef was trying to get us to feel or taste and what best way to eat the delicacies. (Chapeau guys!) And not to forget I hope Martin is the name! I really hope, the young fellow who was pairing and introducing each beverage during the food sampling. We also managed to order some in room dining from the main restaurant and the pasta was excellent! Thanks to Mr Villegas, we managed to enjoy some authentic hongkong style egg roll for breakfast twice -- this dish is amazing! Thanks for the recommendations! And finally Mr Tan, we didn't meet, but I wish I'd had a chance to shake your hand! Sir your pastries are amazing (thanks for the macaroons). In fact from bellhop to higher ups, thank you all for your excellent hospitality. And one final warm thank you to Jack! I just realized you walked two blocks with us on the last night to just show us where the park was~that was unnecessary but warmly appreciated!

It was clean, rooms size , helpful staff and great breakfast .
