So much to like and praise! Location: Bang next to Exit A of Huaqiangbei station on Line 2 of the Shenzhen Metro. You come out of the exit, and on your immediate left you will see a Starbucks. Walk through and you will reach the elevators. The reception is on the 23rd floor. Room: very large and comfortable with two types of pillows. Large bathroom with high-quality toiletries and everything you might need for your stay including...well, you'll just have to see for yourself! Service: Everyone I interacted with was very polite and helpful. In particular, Jonathan at reception is an asset to the hotel. Speaks excellent English and goes out of his way to help. He gave me a room on the 32nd floor with a fabulous view. Thanks Jonathan! What else did I like? Wonderful breakfast, free afternoon tea, free noodles for supper. Ooh and don't miss the cute robots that deliver food to your room!

Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or handling any inquiries I had, he was always willing to assist with a smile. Jack's attention to detail was remarkable, and he demonstrated genuine care for the guests. He personalized my stay with thoughtful gestures, making me feel like a valued guest. His professionalism and dedication to his role were evident, and it truly enhanced my overall experience. Moreover, the facilities at Hotel Shangrila Futian were top-notch.
