Helpful, professional and friendly staff. Great location. Simple touches in rooms that worked well, like plugs by the beds, hooks in the bathroom.

Property was clean and fresh. Workers were so nice.

Perfect location to tourist sights and restaurants. We had silence for sleeping, but the hotel is close to lively restaurants.

It was a really pleasant stay, everybody from the owner to the hotel personnel was very friendly and relaxed. The room was very nice and had a good bed. The breakfast was good and diverse. The location is a plus, it is quite close to Deutz station and Koelnmesse. Overall Hotel Freedom is a cosy multicultural space which I loved and where I hope to return someday.

Staff was friendly and fast. Great service and delicious food. Easy walking distance to multiple tourist sites, and located beside the Rhine River.

I loved being able to walk to local cafes and enjoy the lively street scenes. The location is very good for taxi and bus station just a 2 to 5 min walk to the bus station or taxi and there are many restaurants around here overall like it.
