Loved the stylish decor, friendly helpful staff, thoughtful details making travel in a new city easy. The room was very comfortable, restaurants and breakfast excellent. Location for me was perfect.

The breakfast was excellent. The property is a traditional, historic 5 star hotel with wide stairways and hallways, marble floors and well maintained common areas. The room was comfortable and we liked being on the quiet back side.

The breakfast was great, Renaly was a great help and a friendly face and assisted very well with all my needs at breakfast. Thanks for the outstanding customer service!!

We checked in 2 am very quickly without any problems. The balcony has a nice panorama view, the staff is super friendly and accommodating

The Best place to live if you in Frankfurt either for business or leisure trip. The staff is exceptionally generous and friendly. Highly recommended for families as well. The ambience is so cool that you feel like at home..chill out..sit & talk whole night.

Excellent! Everything was clean and the room was so much more spacious and furnished than I expected for the price point. The mattress was really comfortable too. I will be staying here again the next time I have to go to Frankfurt. It's just a few stops and a pleasant walk from the hbf and also the US Consulate, which is the reason for my visit

The location it's unbeatable the room was small but had enough storage so we didn't felt cramped, the bed was comfortable. I had a situation with my ankle and the person in reception was really kind and helpful.

Everything was fine. The area is quiet, calm, the apartment was clean, spacious. If I come to Frankfurt again, I will definitely come back

It is very large for a city center hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Its a great location and great for business.

The Spenerhaus must be the best deal in central Frankfurt. I was there for the Frankfurt Book Fair, and it was easy to get from one to the other by subway. The hotel is quiet, the rooms simple but comfortable, and they serve a good buffet breakfast.
