Exceptional staff, beautiful hotel. We had good parking and could walk to the city center. Much greenspace and great for dogs.

Spotless clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and perfect location that is close by the park as well as the old town

The location, service and friendly atmosphere

Location of the hotel, the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The location and breakfast were awesome. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of hot water all day

Room was very comfortable. Great location. Reception staff very friendly. Delicious breakfast!

The hotel is very good and the location is great

It was very convenient to walk around Freiburg including jogging in the morning. The staff was very nice and the room was affordable and spacious to use.

The staff felt very awake and ready to help. Especially the woman that was working at rhe reception and the woman that was cleaning up after the conference.

There are multiple buildings for the rooms. The automated key system was perfect. The room I stayed was designed for one person to stay and maybe study. The room was very well designed with all the details considered. The bathroom was new and very clean. There is no luxury but everything you need in a handy way. Strongly suggested. The location is also close to city center and a great park.

Love everything about this place. Apart Hotel Freiburg was the great decision for our stay in Freiburg. The location is in the walking distance from the main train station. The room was in clean condition and spacious. We booked the triple room. The extra breakfast was worth too. And the best is the kind staff/ reception (Sandra Friedrich!).

Excellent location, nice rooms and comfy beds

City hotel was in the best location! The room was clean and lovely

The location was great, the front desk people were nice, breakfast had many options and was good. The fridge also was stocked with all kinds of beverages which was a plus

The location is amazing near thee old city, shops, markets, amazing. The hotel is very good, comfortable and the service is excellent.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and well appointed.

The elegant style of the hotel that was maintained from a previous era is beautiful. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the main railway station but in a nice quiet side street really close to some other great sites like Castle Colombi but with a large supermarket right down the street and easy walk into town in the other direction. I enjoyed the comfortable rooms with all the modern amenities including thoughtful accents. A stylish bathroom. An amazing cocktail bar in a wine cellar setting next door. A perfect stay. Can't wait to be back :)

Excellent location - very close to the train station and old town. Hotel was very clean and my room was spacious, although it took a bit to get used to a single sized bed. Breakfast was wonderful, I should have taken advantage more than once.

Check in was very easy. Extremely clean building, for an old building. Parking our car in an underground lot was fairly straightforward. Staff were wonderful. Free tea and coffee, even if you didn't buy breakfast. We were offered a wide range of pillow options. Great proximity to most sights.
