Wonderful hotel with great restaurants and swimming pool. Would definitely stay here again when in Köln

Great location and helpful staff!

close to cruise ship and train station. beautiful location. lots of amenities

This place was perfect. The room so beautiful and cosy with a great view of the river. It was very clean and so close to all the main attractions. The lady at reception gave me great information about the Christmas markets I should visit. Cologne was just beautiful and this hotel topped it off.

Good place, friendly staff , excellent experience

Everything was great , luxurious hotel , clean and spacious rooms , staff were great and welcoming, 10 min walk from old Klon , basement parking , had a great time .

The stuff was helpful, location was great

The breakfast was exceptional, and the morning staff were kind, multilingual, and bright. I appreciated the spa facilities and the gym along with the convenient location and proximity to the cathedral and the best Italian pizza and pasta in town: Pino's Pizza Little Italy.

New property, clean, amazing location and very friendly staff

The room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean as well. The location of the hotel is also very good.

Great location. Walkable to any place you want to visit. Restaurant has a nice breakfast, too. Rooms are clean and lovely. Staff are very nice.

We stayed here on our last night in Germany. Great location, exceptionally clean and super friendly staff. Great value breakfast.

The concept of no Staff was soooo good. Check in on machine and got your keys, room was perfect and we love the little gifts. Our room was on top and the balcony with the beautiful Kölner Dom view was amazing. Location was also perfect. One of the best room I have ever stayed!

Proximity to everything. Spectacular view and location

Location was excellent, the welcome was also good and clear

I did not try any of the facilities at the hotel, but location was prime, bed was very comfortable and the area around the hotel abounded with cafes and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

I like the service provided by the staff at CityClass hotel

The staff were absolutely amazing and very accommodating!

Everything and it is in the center. By walk you go everywhere.

The location is amazing & the rooms are comfortable.

Comfy bed and room in general.

The minimalistic décoration in the restaurant , the Haribo gummies on your bed, the view

The room was great and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. The shower in the studio space was also a great touch. The staff were amazing and made my stay feel exceptional.
