Its was amazing. And very very clean. The area is perfect location. We were very happy with our stay at Nikolai Residence

An elegant building located in the heart of Mitte.

The location, the cleanliness and the staff

Super hotel, nice and quiet, with a great location. Everything about the stay was relaxing and well taken care of. An extra special thank you goes to „Vita“ from Indonesia. She gave such a warm welcome and has an incredibly enthusiastic and genuine way about her. What a bundle of joy and dedication, she truly made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended! Ps. Bring you gym gear. Best fitness ever !!!

Clean and has all amenities necessary for a great stay.Amazing location

This was a birthday trip that I got for my sister. We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located, all the important places are within walking distance. The room was clean with very comfortable beds and I loved the pillows. Breakfasts were amazing (apple crumble was a pleasant surprise).

Everything is organized and clean. Location very nice. Breakfast is awesome.

This hotel is PERFECTION! Amazing people at the front desk, the hotel itself is beautiful. The room is the right size, and everything has been thought out in the best way. SPOTLESSLY clean. There are a good amount of restaurants and convenience stores in the immediate area. You are steps from the tram and the S-bahn and U-bahn. Very convenient. Everything about this hotel: the people, the location, the bed, the shower - everything was excellent. When we returned from our trip I immediately started looking to see when I could return to Berlin and the Hotel ZOE

Lots of cafes around. Easy flat walk to most places. Big spacious room. Working TV.

The room had a view of both streets. The room was magnificent! Convenient location.

Clean, close to the center, nice and comfortable shower and very friendly staff! thanks for the hospitality

They have check us in early at around 11 am which we loved room is clean and they have comfortable bed breakfast is fabulous nothing to regret about this hotel and it is also near metro station and in city center if you perfer walk in the city

You can count on Motel One for consistent service.

Super central. Lindt store right outside was a nice plus

Breakfast was great, location is unbeatable! Room was quite nice

Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices, for everyone's taste. They even had micro greens.

The hotel is located right next to a public transport knot and the Museumsinsel. The rooms are modern & tidy, the mattresses very comfortable, the walls & windows sound-proof (very little noise from the traffic outside). The staff is marvellous, kind & helpful. I really liked staying here and will be back.

We found this hotel to be in a great, central location in Berlin and right on der Gendarmenmarkt. It was an easy to walk to museum island, the train station, and Brandenburg gate. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were lovely and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here whenever we visit Berlin.
