Very affordable price considering the location in the center of Berlin.

Everything was perfect. Near the city centre and the room was tidy and clean as well as the rest of the hotel.

Top-tier professional yet friendly customer service. Felt very welcomed and enjoyed the services on special requests. Great breakfast choices for a very fulfilling experience. Very good location right above the subway station.

Great location and very comfy hotel. Great staff who went above and beyond to care for our needs. Highly recommended

Friendly stuff and 24 hours working reception

Thanks All Kindness Spanish Team was Excellent Reception & Restaurants

I was there for Berlin half marathon and everything was perfect! The lady staff at the reception was very helpful. They let me late check-oıt after the race, it means a lot. Lastly, the room is classic motel one’s room.

Superb stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, the location was excellent, and it offered great value for money. It is very convenient to all the local attractions and restaurants, and I highly recommend staying here. I look forward to staying with you again the next time I visit Berlin.

Location is great, staff is friendly and facility is clean, everyone you can ask for, especially for this price!

Coffee should be included at price

The hotel has the old world charm of a classic building with modern amenities. It occupies a prestigious location overlooking the Brandenburg Gate and close to many shopping areas and restaurants. At check-in I asked to be upgraded to a deluxe room, which was luckily available over looking one of the inner courtyards. The room is spacious and has all the modern amenities but the decor is a bit dated and can benefit from an update. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious but the flow is a bit weird. The room came with breakfast which was served in the first floor with seating arrangements in multiple locations some overlooking gardens and others overlooking the Brandenburg Gate. The food quality is good and the service level was excellent. Of particular note is Ibrahim and Phillip who went out of their way to make our breakfast experience, but one has to ask and sometimes insist on sitting on a particular as the host sometimes appear to want to sit you in any table and claim that the other is occupied. Always ask a waiter and most probably they will accommodate your request. Part of the breakfast rooms double as the two Michelin star restaurant, Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer ,a very nice dining experience indeed. Also there is the Brasserie Quarré, which also served superb dishes. On days where the weather is good they have a beautiful outdoor seating area. The concierge was very helpful in booking us a very nice family owned Italian restaurant ( Il Punto) with in walking distance from the hotel. Generally speaking almost all the hotel staff that I interacted with were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Amazingly stylish place with attention to every aspect including special food for marathon runners

We stayed one night at NH Collection Berlin Mitte Friedrichstrasse after returning from our holiday, and it was the perfect end to our trip. The location is unbeatable — right next to Berlin’s main attractions and super easy to reach from the airport. The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and that our request for a room on the peaceful side with a nice view was fulfilled. The staff was friendly, professional, and made check-in a breeze. We didn’t have breakfast this time, but the lounge area and restaurant looked beautiful. Highly recommended for couples or travelers who want a central, relaxing, and stylish place to stay in Berlin. We’ll definitely return!

Excellent location, really nice staff
