Beautiful hotel with very good staff

I liked the effort made by the staff to make it a memorable evening for us.

People were very kind. Amenities really good. Amazing deal for the price. Nice breakfast

We were met with a smile and helped promptly. It’s in a good location, close to the airport. Our room was ready and we enjoyed a delicious dinner with exceptional service.

Great customer service, cleanliness, convenient and affordable price, refresher available

The staff were very helpful and friendly to me.

We had a late flight, we arrived at the hotel at about 11pm. Anyway the front desk gave us a quick check in and lots of other hospitality.

The hotel is in the far northwest section of Hamburg. The location was perfect for my needs, and also near public transportation. The room was very comfy, although there was some muffled noises at night from the street below. I met my friend in the lobby bar where the (adorable) bartender was very attentive to our needs.

very newly renovated and amazing rooms for the price, if you arrive early no problem they have a place that you can put your stuff, not lockers but there is camera watching

Everything was really good. The staffs were really amazing and could talk English also which was a real life saver. Thank you ladies for having help me to understand the train system in germany. anytime i need something they were always there to help.

How close it was to the airport

It is a fairly new hotel. The staff was very friendly and supportive. As it was all new, the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything is made of wood which feels natural and sustainable.

Very nice hotel with comfy bedding and nice showers!

Very clean well kept property- great location near my son’s apartment.

The location was wonderfully located next to Hamburgs U3 U-Bahn line making downtown extremely accessible. The neighborhood itself was exceptional as we took our dog on a nice long walk to Stadt park, which was wonderful. Additionally, the hotel being pet friendly was exactly what we needed for this weekend trip.

The place is clean The staff are gentle and helpful Amazing experience

Very comfortable! For one night is more then enough

N/A. Self service kitchen/lounge. Drinks and cereal provided to very fair prices.

A pretty hotel, set back from the street so the room is quiet. Our room was comfortable and cozy. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Very well maintained modern hotel with very nice breakfast . Rooms are very cozy and clean

Cleanliness . Communication with staff and location

With free shuttle service to the airport in Hamburg, the location is excellent.

The hotel is very near to the airport and to Metro Station, just 5-6 mins walk. The room is clean. The receptionist is accommodating and offered us coffee when we arrived as we waited for our room to be ready. They even let us checked in early as 1pm.

Great breakfast, happy staff, clean rooms
