Excellent location in the old town, just steps from all the best pintxos bars, hiking trail up the hill and the nice aquarium, but still quiet. Very good value for money. Super helpful, patient and friendly staff. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Be sure to select one of the rooms with the bay view and fall asleep admiring the lights of the town sparkling on the water! Worth it! We will absolutely stay here again when back in San Sebastian.

Everything. The staff was outstanding. Service requests where fulfilled promptly. The location is right at the center. I can’t think of a better place.

Large room with balcony and modern conveniences Luke electric remote blinds. Bathroom also large and well appointed. Large bottle of water made available everyday. We slept better here than anywhere else on our 3 week adventure…quiet and b Very comfortable bed. Very accommodating staff and great location. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely beautiful hotel and stunning room with a view over the beach to the water. Fantastic. Elevator, stairwell, hallways, lobby all works of art. Steps to waterfront and beach too, and easy walk to cafes and restaurants. Beautiful.

The location was fantastic, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, making our stay exceptional.
