Friendly staff, safe, clean, spacious and fully equipped apartment with parking place. Also, there was a big and comfortable terrasse with the view to the ocean and to the pools. The pools were daily cleaned, warm and not overcrowded. Great location – 10-15 minutes by foot is “Playa de la Arena” beach with black sand, local restaurants and supermarket. The food tasted good, variety was fine, always something our kids loved. Swimming pools were big enough, always possible to get a sunbed at any time. Massage ladies are wonderful, enjoyed the massage and facials a lot. Great location (7 minutes walking from Playa de la Arena and 8 minutes by car from Los Gigantes). I worked every day for 4 days from their rooftop with very strong and fast wifi (3 different routers), no issues there.
