Hotel is well connected to major highways and a metro station is only 500 mts away. It's surrounded with a park in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Toilette amenities were good and towels were plushy and nice. The bed and pillows were fantastic, allowing for a very comfortable sleep and proper resting. Generally speaking, very quiet inside and outside. Staff were friendly and prompt to answer any queries, comments, suggestions or comments. The shuttle was good, on time and clean. Driver was quiet, minding his driving and safe. Breakfast was Ok, nothing out of the ordinary, but plenty of fresh fruit, eggs and other dishes.

The location of the hotel is near the metro station that takes you everywhere. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. The staff was so friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Yasin who helped me with the check in and guide me for my tour in Madrid! Highly recommend this place!
