Very nice and helpful staff. Large, quiet, well-appointed room and our terrace has an excellent view. Had a wonderful dinner at their main dining room and the dinner at the bistro is adequate. Our room is in a building not directly attached to the main building which is a bit awkward particularly, we have to walk through the bistro dining/breakfast area in order to get to the front desk. The location is over 1 mile from downtown and there is not much around the hotel. But it is along the waterfront promenade which we enjoy walking along.

Proximity to water! Small touches go a long way.

Super good location. Nice view to the harbour. The girls at the reception helped me a lot with asking for the refund from the taxi driver who dropped me to the hotel but charged me over 1,000 Euro by credit card… girls help girls♥️

Perfect location, clean , and fine

Other than that, our stay was generally pleasant. Tea and coffee were provided, and there were clean towels available. Plates, glasses, wine glasses, and other kitchen and dining essentials were all provided, and the apartment was quite spacious. It was also nice to have complimentary single-use items such as shower gel, toothbrushes, and razors. There was spare toilet paper available as well, and aside from a few details, the apartment was generally clean. The building is an old historic property, and the location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance, making it very convenient to get around.

Absolutely loved loved staying here. The staff especially were wonderful. The location is incredible, walking distance to pretty much everywhere, even the train station. The breakfast was great for what you pay. We went to the rooftop one night and purchased a bottle of wine from the reception and they put it in an iced wine holder for us. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Good location n good price for dorms

I liked its location—it’s in the heart of the city, close to everything, and you don’t need to take a taxi from the airport; you can just use the underground. The manager was always helpful, assisting with carrying my bags and even helping me heat water.

The staff was excellent, the little tiny girl at the front desk dragged our bags up and was so sweet and helpful even though we arrived exhausted and angry . The location can’t be beat.

The staff was exceptional. I highly recommend the breakfast. The ONLY thing that could be improved are the sleeping pillows. Beautiful old building that has been converted to a hotel with impeccable attention to every detail. Jazz trio provided music 1-2 nights per week.
