Housekeeping service was great! Staff made effort to even fold our clothes and kept everything neatly in place even as we did not expect them to. In a peaceful yet very accessible neighbourhood of South Kensington. 3 underground lines less than 2 min walk away. Food options just in vicinity (literally across the roads). Close distance to park and museums which made our stay so varied with activities.

The Resident Victoria, located just 300 metres from Buckingham Palace, offers close proximity to a selection of attractions, theatres and landmarks.

We loved the experience, the atmosphere (like evening drink), the location is amazing, (BUCKINGHAM PALACE, restaurants, Victoria station) The team was so kind and courteous. Made sure the cab driver is safe. Helped me surprise my daughter at her birthday (brought baloons, card and chocolates to the room!). Little kitchen is usefull! Great shower. It was absolutly perfect. TNX.
