The hotel was clean, the rooms comfortable, and the staff helpful.

The bar was nice & which was open every time. Luggage storage staff when we checked in & after check-out. Elevators design.

The room was amazing ... it was very charming and very quiet although located over the pub. The personal was so lovely and friendly and also the food and drinks in the pub were incredible tasty. As there was a bus stop right outside the location, you could be in the city center within 10 minutes. I would come here anytime when staying in London. Can absolute recommend this accomodation and pub.

Location, very kind & welcoming staff, creativity, resourcefulness (my tiny room had all the key amenities - the fridge, iron, hair dryer…) and even apple & orange, as welcoming fruits!

I had a great stay here! The room was basic but clean, comfortable, and offered really good value for money—especially considering how expensive central London usually is. The location is absolutely brilliant. It’s just a short walk to the subway and Victoria Station, and also close to Borough Market and Southwark. The staff were a real highlight—super friendly, very helpful, and available 24/7. Overall, a solid, affordable option in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

The area is a quiet residential area, but really near to relevant railway and metro stations, and most important to Westminster bridge and London Eye, the room was new and clean and well equipped

The accommodation is in a perfect location, busy but not crowded, just a few steps from the metro and bus stops. The bar and restaurant are very nice, pleasant, and authentic. The staff is very friendly and cheerful, always having a few kind words for guests. The breakfast is great, and Archie's good vibes will always lift your spirits!
