Great location, lovely bar and breakfast

Beautiful place and amazing location! The pictures do justice to how it looks like in person. The staff was really nice and welcoming. The breakfast was very good and the pub even better!

Good location great front desk

I booked an executive room which I did not realise came with access to the executive lounge. That was a really great surprise! When we arrived though, the concierge opened the lounge for us to have breakfast (we could not check in yet) which we were very grateful for. I think the staff were the highlight, it was clear that people enjoyed working at the hotel and it showed in the way they interacted with the guests. Even observing the way managers and staff interacted, the positive culture was clear.

I loved the cleanliness, the wonderful staff—so kind, helpful, and polite—the character of the hotel, and the walking distance to Liverpool Street Station, even with luggage. Also, the price was fair for the quality of service. The City of London Club Hotel is a unique oasis of character and calm, letting you step into another world of comfort right in the heart of the bustling city.

The hotel was in a perfect location, within walking distance of many attractions and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout our visit.

We loved our stay. Our room had its own bathroom, plenty of space and was beautifully furnished. After checking in, we were able to go in and out on our own at any time. There was a street food market nearby at lunchtime, a few places to eat in general and it was only a 20-minute walk to the Tower of London. We would always recommend it.

I had a great experience staying at your hotel. Saved hours of commuting and got well rested for my meetings the next day. Room and shared facilities clean and convenient. Excellent accessibility via Tube and Buses to the City.

Brick Lane is a fantastic place to explore with easy access to the tube and therefore the Brick Lane Hotel is a great location to stay. It may not have all the bells and whistles of a 5 star, but the staff are friendly and the place is clean. Excellent value!

It's an amazing hotel, everything looks clean and new, and it's really affordable!

Super friendly and helpful blonde lady helped me check in, and even when I arrived before check in time was super accommodating, got me a coffee and made me comfortable. Room was quiet and cosy with settings to adjust lighting. Slept like a baby. Location was 2 min walk from my office and the Tower of London. Great little breakfast. Would highly recommend for any type of London trip.

We were up graded to the larger room

Lovely big rooms and comfy bed. Great bathroom. The size of the room was a big bonus.

Everything was amazing, I could sit in that lobby for hours and never be bored. Our room was beautiful and everyone was so helpful.

The location was fabulous, only 15mins walk to Borough Market area and 15mins on the tube to the high streets, Buckingham Palace etc. The apartment amenities were perfect for a travelling family - fully functional kitchen, washer and dryer. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel's location is close to several bus and metro lines, making it extremely accessible. There are also plenty of cafés around the hotel. As for the room, the fact that it is air-conditioned and heated is perfect, and the bed was comfortable. The elevator in the hotel is an important feature, and we were pleased with it.

The standard room was large and very comfortable. The Novotel far exceeded my expectations! Kudos, Novotel!
